Our large selection of flavor oils can be used for cooking, candy making, lip gloss, lip balms, or anywhere a flavored oil is desired. They're packaged in 1 oz. and 4 oz. amber round bottles with glass droppers. Our flavor oils are extremely concentrated so please start out with only 1 or 2 drops! Please do not taste them directly from the bottle, as they are very bitter on the tongue! Don't forget, too, that these flavor oils can be combined with each other to customize a unique flavor just for you! Try, Almond/Vanilla or Raspberry/Coconut, Chocolate/Orange, Chocolate Raspberry, Butter/Rum or Mango/Kiwi....you get the picture....

New to custom flavoring? You may find the following advice useful:

Begin with 8 oz water, add 4 to 8 drops of 50% Citric Acid Solution. Taste for proper acidity (Orange or Apple = more acid, Pear or Banana = less). Next, add 4 to 8 drops of flavor concentrate, and sweeten to taste with your preferred sweetener.

If the beverage has a strong smell, or if it leaves a taste of wax in your mouth, you've over-flavored! Reduce all quantities by half (except water) and begin again.

This is only the starting point. Food flavoring is a science, and requires experimentation and practice to achieve results.
