ORDERING - No minimum order. Most orders ship within
2 to 3 business days.
RETURNS - Please inform us of any breakage, or missing items immediately. Most items can be returned within ten (10)
business days, excluding books, fragrances, essential oils,
air diffusers, flavorings and carrier
oils. We're sorry, but due to the nature of these items and for sanitary
reasons, they are not returnable. We will gladly refund your money
on any other UNUSED items,
less shipping and handling. If an order is
returned and it has been used, you will NOT be credited for that particular
item. There is a 25% restocking fee on ALL returned
items.
CANCELLED ORDERS - Once you have submitted your
order online, and you decide to cancel it, there is
a 10% cancellation fee, due to the paperwork, manpower, and
Merchant Service fees necessary to process it. If your order has
already been filled, and you decide to cancel it, there is a
25% restocking fee, regardless of the value
of your order. This also applies to "DECLINED" credit card orders. Once your
credit card has been declined, you may not place any further orders with Le
Melange LLC until this 25%
restocking fee has been paid. NO EXCEPTIONS.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS - If you place an order with
us, and the packaged is refused and returned unopened, there will be a
25% restocking fee, and shipping/handling will NOT be refunded, no matter what the value of the order is. Before
your credit card can be credited for the unopened package, we will send an
email to you asking for the reason for refusing the shipment. This is for
your benefit, to be sure that you actually refused the package and that it
was not misdirected to an incorrect address.
BACKORDERED ITEMS
- If an item is not in stock, we
will automatically backorder it unless requested not to.There are no shipping
charges on backorders.
TERMS - THE INTERNET - For your convenience, we have installed a
Secure Shopping Cart where you may use your Visa, Master Card, Diners Club,
Discover, or American Express credit card. Or you may print out our order form and fax or telephone it to us. For
approximate shipping charges, see below; however shipping is based upon
weight, and we reserve the right to debit your credit card any additional
shipping charges.
When purchasing products via our secured shopping cart, shipping charges are
automatically calculated.
TERMS - SNAIL MAIL
- Check,
Money Order, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club, plus applicable shipping
charges (see chart on order form). All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Note: ORDERS
PAID BY CHECK WILL BE HELD UNTIL CHECK CLEARS - USUALLY TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS.
SHIPPING
- All orders within the USA ship via the U.S. Postal Service - 2 Day Priority Mail.
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA - ship via the U.S. Postal Service Air Mail
or Global Express. Extra shipping charges may apply to
your order, since final weight of your package may vary. You may specify "Surface
Mail" in the "Comments" section to save on shipping, but that will normally take 4 - 6 weeks to arrive at your
destination.

or telephone lists with ANYONE! We HATE junk email and telephone solicitations
